Meet the People Running This Company
Not a boardroom that issues directives from a distance. These are operators who built their careers inside the complexity of finance, technology, HR, and compliance. They stay close to the work because that's how they've always worked.
Built From the Inside, Not Hired From the Top
Saurav Wadhwa co-founded MYND in 2002 in Gurugram with a small team and a conviction that businesses shouldn't have to choose between growth and operational excellence. Twenty-four years later, that team has become 2,000+ people across Gurugram, Dubai, Singapore, and Accra. Along the way, MYND acquired Qandle (HCM platform) and Move78, built six proprietary SaaS products, and expanded into 50+ countries.
The leadership team you see here wasn't assembled from executive recruiting firms. Most of them grew up inside the company's complexity: managing global payroll for thousands, architecting platforms that process 15M+ transactions, navigating compliance across jurisdictions that sometimes contradict each other.
That matters because leaders who've done the work don't romanticize it. They know what's hard, what's possible, and where the real bottlenecks are. Monthly town halls aren't scripted presentations here. Quarterly roundtables with the C-suite are actual working sessions. And when a junior analyst emails a VP with a process improvement idea, it doesn't disappear into a suggestions box.

Vivek Misra
Founder & Group MD
Co-founder of MYND Integrated Solutions with a track record spanning over two decades in business process management, strategy, and enterprise services. Leads the group's vision across all business units.
Integrated solutions require integrated thinking. Our strength lies in seeing the whole picture while delivering precision at every touchpoint.
Deepak Bhalla
CEO & Managing Director
24+ years building MYND from a startup to a global integrated services company serving 1,000+ clients across 50+ countries.
We build organizations that make other organizations work better. That mission has not changed in 24 years.
Sanjay Mehta
Chief Technology Officer
Architect of MYND's technology stack powering 15M+ annual transactions with 99% uptime.
Technology at MYND is not a support function. It is the backbone of every service we deliver.
Kavita Nair
Chief Human Resources Officer
Champion of MYND's people-first culture across 50+ countries, leading talent strategy for 750+ employees.
The companies that win in BPO are the ones that invest in their people first and their processes second.
Driving MYND's growth strategy, brand positioning, and digital transformation across all business units.
I look for people who are curious enough to question the status quo and pragmatic enough to build something better.
Sachin Goklaney
Chief Growth Officer
Drives MYND's growth across enterprise solutions, SaaS platforms, and international expansion. Under his leadership, client relationships have expanded from single-service engagements to integrated partnerships spanning finance, HR, and compliance.
We don't measure growth by how many logos we add. We measure it by how many clients chose to expand with us this year. That number tells you everything.
Saurabh Ganeriwala
Group COO
Runs MYND's operations across every service line. When 15M+ transactions hit 99% accuracy and AP automation runs at 80% touchless, it's because his teams built the systems that make it repeatable. Not once, but every single day.
Anyone can hit 99% accuracy once. The hard part is hitting it every day, across 1,000+ clients, in 50+ countries. That's not discipline. That's culture.
Nishi Kant Rai
CFO & CRO
Leads MYND's financial strategy, risk management, and corporate governance. Behind 24+ years of sustained, profitable growth and $10B+ in managed throughput value, there's a financial framework he's built to make bold moves without reckless ones.
A company that manages $10B+ in client throughput can't afford to be careless with its own finances. Our clients trust us because we practice what we deliver.
Dinesh Sharma
CBO, Ent. Sol. HR SSC & Regulatory Compliances
Heads MYND's enterprise HR shared services and regulatory compliance practice. When clients need to navigate labor laws across 50+ countries without tripping over contradictions, his team is why they sleep at night. 99% compliance achievement, year after year.
Compliance gets a bad reputation as the department that says no. We've built a team that says 'here's how you do it right.' That's a fundamentally different approach.
Sridevi RK
Chief of Staff
Connects the dots across MYND's leadership team, turning strategic priorities into things that actually get done. When the CEO says 'we're expanding into a new market,' she's the one who makes sure every team knows what that means for their work tomorrow morning.
My job is to make sure the gap between what leadership decides and what teams experience is as close to zero as possible. That's harder than it sounds.
Gaurav Arora
SVP & COO, Ent. F&A Solutions
Runs MYND's Finance & Accounting enterprise solutions practice. His teams handle end-to-end F&A delivery for a large client portfolio, driving the automation adoption and process optimization that keep MYND's 99% accuracy rate real and not just a marketing claim.
The best compliment in finance operations is silence. When everything runs at 99% accuracy, nobody calls. That's how you know it's working.
“When we started MYND in 2002, the idea was simple: let businesses focus on what they're good at while we handle the operational complexity. We didn't set out to build a technology company. But as we scaled to 1,000+ clients across 50+ countries, we realized that the only way to deliver at that level of precision was to build the platforms ourselves. MYNDAPX, Qandle, MyPay, they all came from that realization. Twenty-four years later, the mission hasn't changed. The capability has.”
Saurav Wadhwa
Co-Founder & CEO
Open Door, Open Minds
This isn't a poster statement. MYND runs monthly town halls where the Q&A is genuinely unscripted. Quarterly roundtables with the C-suite where anyone can bring a topic. Coffee chats with leadership that are actual conversations, not performance reviews in disguise.
Why does this matter? Because when you manage critical business operations for 1,000+ clients, the speed at which problems surface determines the speed at which they get fixed. Leaders who hide behind closed doors create teams that hide problems. Leaders who are accessible create teams that flag issues early, share ideas freely, and move faster.
Several of MYND's best process improvements started as a message from someone two or three levels below the decision-maker. That only happens when people believe the door is genuinely open.
Our Leadership Principles
Transparency
When MYND acquired Qandle, the leadership team explained the rationale to every department before the press release went out. That's the standard here. Decisions are explained, not just announced. Financial performance, strategic pivots, organizational changes: you hear about them directly, not through hallway rumors.
Empowerment
Own your outcomes. That's not a slogan; it's how MYND actually operates. Leaders set clear expectations, provide what you need, and then get out of the way. When you're managing payroll operations for a country or owning a product module, the decisions are yours. That's the only way quality scales across 50+ countries.
Accountability
Accountability here flows both ways. Your manager is accountable to you for the commitments they make, just as you are to them. If leadership promises resources, headcount, or a timeline, they track it. Regular feedback loops aren't a formality. They're the mechanism that keeps a 2,000+ person company honest with itself.
Curiosity
MYND is 24+ years old but doesn't act like it. The leadership team built PEARL AI, drove the Move78 acquisition, and expanded into Accra, all in recent years. That restlessness comes from genuine curiosity about what's next. New technologies, emerging regulations, evolving workforce expectations. Curiosity is what keeps a 24-year-old company from getting comfortable.

Work With Leaders Who've Done the Work
The people running MYND built their careers in the same complexity you'll face. They invest in your growth because someone invested in theirs. Come see what that looks like in practice.
